Our Partners

French Institutional Partners

The French South African Chamber partners closely with the French Embassy and its Economic Affairs department; the Consulate of France in South Africa; Business France (the French Trade Commission); La French Tech, the Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France (CCEF), represented by our own Chairperson, Yves Guenon; the Institut Francais (French Institute in South Africa); and Atout France. We also work closely with the Capago South Africa visa application centre, where South African citizens and permanent residents have their visas to France process on behalf of the consulate.

South African Institutional Partners

Our work in South Africa is in partnership with governmental and economic institutions, including the Department of Trade & Industry in South Africa; the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA); the Black Business Council; Green Cape; and Business Unity South Africa.

South African Business Institution Partners

FSACCI is also a member of the EU Chamber of Commerce and Industry in South Africa at large, represented by our Vice-Chairperson, Angelika Yakovchuk.

We also work alongside other European Chambers of Commerce, including the Southern African Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (SANEC); the Spanish Chamber of Commerce South Africa; the South African-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK); and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).

French-South African Associations

We've created business links with a number of French associations in South Africa, who contribute support and expertise to our business services and facilitation programmes. Jo'bourg Accueil works as a centre of diffusion for French and Francophone expats in South Africa, in partnership with the Fédération Internationale des Accueils Français et francophones d'Expatriés. Les Frenchies de Johannesburg is a popular Facebook Group that unites French and Francophone expats in the city. The IESF represents the association of French engineers and scientists, and Work in the City is a network of French business women, who play a significant role as co-organisers of our Women in Business Committee events.
