Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Nardia obtained an LLB Degree from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal in 2008 and has been practising as an Employment Law specialist since. She has extensive experience in the employment law field gained from acting for both the employer and the employee in respect of major corporate clients. Her experience includes: · Advising on and drafting of employment contracts · Chairing of disciplinary hearings · Collective bargaining which includes the launching and opposition of interdicts · Restructuring of companies · Training on various aspects of labour relations · Facilitation and mediation of disputes · CCMA, Labour & Labour Appeal Court appearances · Retrenchments and redundancies
