March 27, 2018

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION – 40 minute individual sessions
>  TOPIC: : “How to comply with the imminent new data protection regulations” - PPM ATTORNEYS
It is now time for all concerned organisations to understand their obligations under both the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and determine the most effective strategy for compliance.
We propose a 40 minute complimentary speed meeting with PPM Attorneys to help you answering the following questions:
What are the main challenges for my organisation in the coming months? Where do I stand in the compliance process and what are the next steps towards compliance? How to plan my compliance project? Does my organisation fall within the scope of the GDPR? Which of my current processes do I have to prioritise (HR, marketing, finance, etc)?
