VAT recovery procedure:

Your company is billed to local VAT when spending abroad, be it when visiting customers or suppliers, for trade shows and exhibitions or in connection with the maintenance of an office representation.

• You can receive the refund of VAT paid.
• The FSACCI intends to support all necessary steps
• On request, we send you the contract for recovery of VAT, the list of required information and documents and an attorney.
• Upon receipt of the full and completed the FSACCI undertakes to educate your file for reimbursement from the competent authorities
• When the specified amount will have been repaid and that moose documents and invoices will have been returned by the competent Authority, FSACCI send you an invoice for the amount of the fee previously agreed
